Bent cylinder pipes and rods are aligned. Destroyed
cylinders can be newly manufactured by using the expensive head and foot
parts. |

Local damages of the chromium deposit are repaired
by welding-on, polishing, and electroplating. A renewal of the entire
chromium deposit is not required. |

On the testing site, all electrical, hydraulic,
and pneumatic functions are checked and adjusted. Extensive tests are
carried through in order to adjust the safe load indication (SLI). After
welding on the supporting members, the approval by an expert is carried
through. For this purpose, the crane is driven at 1.25 x nominal load. |
